The ZTW Mantis 85A SBEC G2 is a powerful and efficient brushless ESC designed for RC airplanes, fixed-wing models, sport aircraft, electric gliders and EDF applications. With 85A continuous current, 95A burst current and support for 3-8S LiPo battery setups, this ESC is suitable for medium to larger electric aircraft that require strong power delivery, smooth throttle response and reliable operation.
The Mantis G2 series is equipped with a high-performance 32-bit microprocessor for fast response, smooth start-up, precise throttle control and excellent motor compatibility. The all-new casing design, with an aluminum upper shell and optimized cooling structure, helps improve heat dissipation and supports stable performance during demanding flight conditions.
A major advantage of the ZTW Mantis 85A SBEC G2 is the strong adjustable 6.0V/7.4V/8.4V 8A SBEC, with up to 15A peak output. This makes the ESC suitable for aircraft using powerful standard or high-voltage servos. The ESC also supports telemetry, data logging and real-time data output, including current, voltage, RPM, throttle status and ESC status when used with compatible equipment.
The Mantis 85A SBEC G2 includes multiple protection functions, such as start-up protection, overheat protection, phase-loss protection, signal-loss protection, low-voltage cut-off and overcurrent protection. Programming is possible via transmitter setup, the optional ZTW G2 LCD programming card or the optional ZTW Bluetooth module/app.
