You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons if the products ordered by you from Pro Models Distribution are both unopened and unused. The revocation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the product. All items you purchase from us are covered by the legal warranty. This means that an item must be in good condition and function properly under normal use. If you receive an item where this is not the case, we will offer you an appropriate solution for both parties as soon as possible.

The following documents must be included in the returned shipment

• The Return / Withdrawal form (download PDF File)
Returns are at your own risk. This means that Pro Models Distribution is not responsible for loss or damage of the returned goods. You have to take care of your own return shipment with sufficient postage. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us the Return / Withdrawal form (download PDF File) . To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Processing of the return
As soon as we have received your return, we will proceed with the processing of the return. We will process the return within 14 days after we have received your return. Depending on the reason for the return, this may include:
• Sending a replacement
• Crediting the invoice
• Refunding the invoice amount or the price of the product. The refund will be made within a period of 14 days to the account number known to us.

Import Duties, Taxes and Refused Deliveries
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
If a delivery is refused or not accepted due to non-payment of such charges, the customer will bear all related costs. This includes the initial shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs handling fees, and any other charges imposed.
Where applicable by law, these costs will be deducted from any refund. If such costs exceed the order value, we reserve the right to invoice the remaining balance to the customer.
Important: The products may not have been used in any fashion. Packaging must be in the original condition without damage. We retain the right to bill for costs and to deduct these from the repayment of your purchase amount.
