RC-Plus X-100 Smartcharger – 200W AC/DC Multi-Chemistry Charger
The RC-Plus X-100 Smartcharger combines powerful charging performance, wide battery compatibility and practical workshop functions in an exceptionally compact design.
Thanks to its integrated AC power supply, the charger can be connected directly to a 100–240V mains outlet and delivers up to 100W of charging power. For more demanding applications, the X-100 can also be powered from a suitable 5.8–30V DC source, increasing the available charging power to a maximum of 200W. The adjustable charging current of up to 13A makes it suitable for both small receiver batteries and larger RC car, aircraft and boat battery packs.
Wide Battery Compatibility
The X-100 supports the most commonly used battery technologies in the RC hobby. Lithium batteries from 1S to 6S can be charged, balanced, discharged or prepared for storage. Dedicated programs are also available for NiMH, NiCd, lead-acid and AGM batteries.
For lithium batteries, the powerful integrated balancer delivers up to 1.3A of balancing current with a tolerance of ±0.01V. This allows the charger to efficiently correct voltage differences between individual cells and helps maintain consistent battery performance.
More Than a Battery Charger
The X-100 can also be used as an adjustable CC/CV DC power supply. The output voltage can be set from 2.0 to 30.0V, while the output current can be adjusted from 1.0 to 13.0A. This makes the charger a practical power source for compatible RC equipment, electronics and workshop applications.
The integrated battery meter provides convenient access to individual cell voltages and internal resistance values. A dedicated motor run-in mode is also included, allowing the user to set the voltage, current and operating time directly through the charger.
Compact and Easy to Operate
Despite its powerful performance, the X-100 measures only 105 x 105 x 62mm and weighs approximately 340g. The clear display and intuitive three-button control system provide quick access to the different battery types, charging modes and safety settings.
An integrated cooling fan helps maintain reliable operation during higher-power charging sessions, while adjustable settings such as the safety timer, maximum capacity limit, screen brightness, sound level and completion signal allow the charger to be configured according to the user’s preferences.
