XC-ESC XC-GL540L-2800 FOC Sensored Brushless Crawler Motor – 2800KV 2-4S
The XC-ESC XC-GL540L-2800 is a compact FOC sensored brushless crawler motor designed for 1/10 scale RC crawlers. With its 2800KV rating and 2–4S LiPo compatibility, this motor is built for crawler drivers who want smooth low-speed control, precise throttle response and responsive power delivery in a compact 540-size platform.
As part of the XC-ESC GL Series FOC Brushless Crawler Power System range, the XC-GL540L-2800 is designed to work with compatible FOC crawler ESCs such as the XC-GL10. FOC stands for Field-Oriented Control. In a crawler power system, FOC allows the ESC to control the motor current with very high precision. This results in smoother torque delivery, more linear throttle response and better control at very low speed compared with a standard brushless setup.
The sensored motor design allows the ESC to read the rotor position accurately. This gives the system smooth start-up behaviour, precise throttle feel and predictable torque delivery when the vehicle is moving slowly under load. For crawler driving, this is especially important when climbing rocks, holding position on steep slopes or making small throttle corrections on technical terrain.
The GL540L motor size is ideal for 1/10 crawler applications where space, weight and installation flexibility are important. The 2800KV version offers the most responsive and speed-capable character within the GL540L range, making it a strong choice for drivers who want smooth FOC control with extra wheel speed when needed.
