The XC-ESC XC-E8 is a high-performance 160A sensored brushless electronic speed controller designed for powerful 1/8 scale RC cars and trucks. As part of the XC-ESC E-Series Sensored Brushless Power System range, the XC-E8 combines precise throttle control, strong power delivery and advanced tuning options in a compact and reliable ESC platform.
Compatible with 3S to 6S LiPo batteries, the XC-E8 is ideal for 1/8 trucks, off-road vehicles and heavy-duty 1/10 monster truck applications. Its 160A current rating provides the power reserve needed for demanding RC driving, while the compact size makes it practical for a wide range of performance builds and upgrades.
The XC-E8 can be used with both sensored and sensorless brushless motors. When paired with a sensored motor, it delivers smooth throttle response, precise low-speed control and predictable power delivery. When used with a sensorless brushless motor, it remains a flexible and powerful ESC solution for drivers who want strong performance with a more straightforward motor setup.
Built-in Bluetooth makes setup and tuning easy and practical. Important ESC parameters can be adjusted without using a traditional external programming box, while firmware upgrade capability, turbo timing, X.BUS real-time tuning and data logging give advanced users more control over their power system.
The integrated BEC offers selectable 6.0V, 7.4V and 8.4V output, with 6A to 15A max current. This provides stable power for the receiver and steering servo, including modern high-voltage servo setups used in performance RC vehicles.
